Wesam is currently a Lecturer at the American University of Libya. He has over fifteen years of industry experience in managing and implementing infrastructure projects as well as asset management. His research explores opportunities in the areas of asset management, risk management, life cycle engineering, change management, and infrastructure resilience. His wife, Aisha, and kids (Alhasan, Fatima, Alhusain, and Atika) are his source of power and energy, supporting him during all the challenges they face. In his free time, Wesam likes to discover new places around the world with his family and friends and plays soccer, basketball, and swims.
