My research interests are in characterizing new composite materials for solid-state battery electrolytes in order to gain insight into designing safer and more effective battery systems.

I like bicycles, climbing, watching car racing, and cheering on New England sports teams. A recovering teenage pop punk enthusiast, I now enjoy live music in almost any genre, as long as I’m wearing sensible hearing protection. I've driven a Zamboni a few times, but that's my go-to icebreaker fun fact, so please don't go telling that to too many people.
