My personal biography/journey...

I was born in England of English parents. I lived in England for eleven years. My parents were divorced when I was 5 and my mother married an American in the United States Air Force stationed in England. I became an American citizen at eleven and have lived in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, California, and Colorado for the last 45 years. I attended 5 different high schools, in 2 different countries, 4 different states, and the last 2 years were in the same high school. I was taken out of the English school system at 7 years old and was moved to southern New Mexico in July! Which couldn't have been more opposite weather-wise from England! I lived there 4 years on an Air Force Base and then went back to England for another 4 years. For those 4 years I lived in my home town and was bused to a US Air Force Base school. I experienced 2 very similar yet very different cultures at the same time. After graduating from high school in Tucson I attended college there. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting.

My professional/coaching journey...

I have been an entrepreneur for over 35 years and owned a C.P.A. firm with 15 employees for 31 years. For over 20 years I have been a Business Coach working with small entrepreneurial business owners with less than 50 employees. I also Mentor entrepreneurs using a framework from my book entitled "From Egopreneur To Ultrapreneur." See website UltrapreneurSuccess.com. One of my clients was named one of the top ten fastest growing businesses in the Denver Metro area for 3 years in a row by the Denver Business Journal. I also helped a client become the next position below the president of one of the top three largest insurance companies in the United States.

My community involvement...

• I have been offering Ultrapreneur Success Groups Meetup meetings since 2010 which is a free meeting that includes networking and mentoring for small and medium size business in the Denver Metro Area. Since the pandemic they are being held virtually. We discuss a variety of business topics and each meeting is different and always fun.
• I have been active in the business community in Colorado since the early 1980's. I have helped many business owners through consulting and mentoring them in order for them to move forward with their business. Helping others one person at a time.
