Diversity of experience probably highlights my 30 years since graduating from CU. Corporate attorney, international agriculture, real estate development spanning from architecturally defined oceanfront enclaves to equestrian themed projects to industrial alternative energy projects to $1B public utility siting. Also various assorted roles in start-ups ranging from consumer products to internet based property technology.
My advice to students...
Leadership is hard to define, but I have found since my earliest adolescent recollections that if you carry yourself with integrity, act with character, and always strive to do your best for yourself and for the groups you are involved with, then it is almost certain that you are a leader whether you see yourself as one or not.
