My advice to students...

Leadership requires hard work as any person in a leadership role must be technically proficient, be transparent in their relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates. And at all times conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and honestly even when it requires delivering the hard truth to particularly your superiors or your subordinates.
