Rebecca Callahan
- Founder

I have over two decades of experience in marketing, client management, operations, product and sales. Most recently, I was VP at a women’s leadership development org where I focused on developing content & building engaging community for high performing women who went through our programs. Currently, I am the Founder of Summer Day LLC. Summer Day LLC specializes in providing transformative career and leadership coaching, tailored mentorship programs, and expert business consulting to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential with confidence and success.
A native-born Floridan, I’ve always been a Coloradan at heart. I live in Lone Tree with my husband, two teenagers and 2 crazy Labradors. When not working, you’ll find me hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter and often with a great book in hand.
I received my BA in Psychology and English from the CU Boulder and my MBA with an emphasis in marketing and corporate strategy from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

My advice to students...
My advice to students is to push yourself, try hard things, be humble and seek out people who are willing to share their expertise with you. Grow your network and keep it active. If possible, find a great manager. They’ll challenge you and demand excellence while taking the time to get to know you, understand your priorities and help bring out the best in you. They will guide you, allow you to be curious, find your voice, help you balance your personal and professional demands and help you get to the next level. And, if your manager isn’t doing all those things, perhaps it’s time to consider a move.
