Assessment

• Three community-building activities dedicated to increasing diversity, equity and inclusion competency among advisers were provided. Evaluations were collected after each event.
• Those who attended the events indicated they had increased their awareness about issues facing marginalized people, which affected how they engaged with students and colleagues.
