The Clifford and Therese Westermeier Papers held at the CU Boulder Archives contain research from Clifford's career in history and art. His specialty was the cowboy, the rodeo, wild west shows, and Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders, extending from the late 19th century to the 1970s. His photographs and postcards of rodeos, cowboys and cowgirls are extensive and reflective of their eras.
