We are excited to share some updates about our lockout/lost key request process, with a new way for you to request a temporary key. 

New process for requesting a temporary key

With our new system, you can now pre-request a temporary key while heading to the front desk. QR codes will be posted near the front desk to guide you to the new request website. 

If you're unable to use this process, you can still request a temporary key by going directly to the front desk. 

General reminders for lockouts

  • Temporary keys will be tracked for safety and security when residents move back into the halls.
  • Starting Sunday, Jan. 26, you will receive three free temporary keys. After that, there will be a charge for each additional key issued.
  • In the event of a fire alarm or system issues, temporary keys will not be charged to your student account.
