Academic Year 2023-24 | Apartment Style Living Housing Application Process

Welcome to the apartment style housing for Bear Creek and Weber Halls waitlist process. Our apartment style housing is available for non first-year students, including transfer students for the Transfer LLC. Current residents have housing selection priority, which is why this application will initially be for a waitlist.

• Applications received will be placed on a waitlist and assigned by date priority, as space is available.
• If a space becomes available and we are able to offer you an assignment using the preferences you listed in this application, we will notify you via your @colorado.edu email. 
• If we are able to offer you a space, you must respond by the deadline listed in that offer email in order to not lose your housing offer. Offers typically expire within 48 hours.
• If you do not respond by the deadline in your email, we will assume you found housing elsewhere and your application will be canceled.
• Transfer students who are not defined by University Housing as a first-year student are eligible for the Transfer LLC, and can also seek Off-Campus Housing options.

New CU students must confirm your intent to enroll and activate your Identikey before you can login into MyCULiving and apply to this waitlist.

• The application will open Feb. 20 at 9 a.m. MT
• The housing application includes a $250 deposit and a $50 non-refundable application fee totaling $300, which must be paid when accepting an offer for housing. Any current student who has this on file will be exempt from these charges.
• Students are held to the terms of the contract, once they have signed the contract, paid the application fee and have a deposit on file.
