Move-in Appointments

In order to provide you with the best arrival experience, there are a limited number of move-in appointments available on each day. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once appointments during a designated time are filled, Residence Life staff are unable to add additional appointments.

To self-select a move-in appointment between July 2-10:

• Log in to your MyCULiving portal and select “Move-in appointments” from the top, gold, bar.
• Select the date, and time, of your desired move-in appointment. Click “Save and continue.”
• Drop off days are an optional opportunity, for a cost, to come to campus early, see your room, and drop items into your space.  If you’d like to schedule a drop off days appointment, select an available date and time, then click “save and continue” again. If you do not wish to schedule a drop off appointment, simply skip the page by clicking “save and continue.”
• You will receive an automated email receipt of your appointment date and time.

If you anticipate needing extra time to complete your move-in due to a documented disability, or if  you, or someone in your move-in party, has a Neurodevelopmental disorder and would more fully enjoy the move-in experience with less “hype,” please email reslife@colorado.edu to discuss options.
