Lauren joined the College of Music as the Executive Assistant to the Dean in August 2021. She brings over a decade of high-level administrative experience in higher education, having previously supported executive administrators at Texas State University and the University of Texas at Austin.
In this role, Lauren manages the Dean’s busy calendar, coordinates with other units across campus to advance strategic initiatives, provides organizational assistance to faculty affairs, and assists with special projects and college-wide events. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Communication from Lake Forest College in 2008 and hopes to pursue an advanced degree from CU Boulder.
A Colorado native, Lauren is very active and enjoys swimming, running, yoga, hiking and skiing with her family.
