College is about figuring out who you are. We're here to support your journey.

The CU Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, Diversity (LEAD) Alliance is a unique set of academic learning communities of students, faculty and staff who focus on inclusivity and student success. These “academic neighborhoods" support students in their first-year and beyond through:

  • Participation scholarships
  • Academic enrichment
  • Shared peer experiences

Some programs are located within colleges, schools and units and others have a campuswide focus. Read more about each program below and learn how to get involved!

The Office of Undergraduate Education partners with the CU LEAD Alliance programs to support student success through scholarships, emergency funds, community events and more.
