Cheesy Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients
Spaghetti Mixture:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 cup Prepared Spaghetti Sauce
- 12-ounces of spaghetti
Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 4 teaspoon Flour
- 1/2 teaspoob Salt
- 3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cup Velveeta (cut into cubes)
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Topping:
- 1/2 cup Velveeta (finely cubed)
- Additional Parmesan
Directions
- Brown Beef and onion in frying pan.
- Drain Fat.
- Add Spaghetti Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
- Break spaghetti pasta into thirds and cook according to package directions in water.
- Drain water and add pasta to Ground Beef/Spaghetti Sauce.
- Melt Butter in separate pan.
- Stir in flour and salt to make a rue.
- Slowly add milk and water.
- Cook over a medium heat; stirring constantly til thickens.
- Add Velveeta and parmesan.
- Stir til melted.
- Spread 1/2 of spaghetti mixture in a 9x13 greased pan.
- Pour cheese sauce over the spaghetti mixture and then top with remaining spaghetti mixture.
- Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of small cubed Velveeta and parmesan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes til bubbly.
A vegan version can be made by adding various vegetables instead of ground beef.
