Jen's Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas (previously frozen then thawed is best)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- Chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients, add softened butter, bananas, eggs, vanilla and yogurt.
- Stir in 1/2 a cup or more of chocolate chips.
- Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
- I split into two bread pans and fill each about halfway- that way the bread cooks more evenly.
