Healthy Chocolate Breakfast Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup blanched almond flour
- ½ cup golden flaxmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 tablespoon of cocoa nibs
- ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup prunes
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients
- In a processor, blend all wet ingredients
- Mix wet ingredients into dry and bake at 375 degrees for 30- 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from the middle. Start checking after 30 minutes though!
- When cool, cover with chocolate - 1/3 cup choc chips with teaspoon of coconut oil melted
- Averages 8 grams fat per serving.
