Salina Blea

Salina Blea (she/her) is the Director of Undergraduate Academic and Community Enrichment.  The CU Lead Alliance is a unique set of academic learning communities of students, faculty and staff who focus on inclusivity and student success.  Prior to this role, Salina served in several different capacities at MSU Denver for nearly ten years.  Her portfolio mainly focused on high-impact practices and career-readiness opportunities that uplift students' sense of self-efficacy, supporting their success towards graduation and beyond.  She received her Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver.  Salina enjoys playing drums and loves the outdoors.
