Director of CU LEAD Alliance
Salina Blea (she/her) is the Director of the CU LEAD Alliance. The CU Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, Diversity (LEAD) Alliance is a unique set of academic learning communities of students, faculty and staff who focus on inclusivity and student success. Prior to this role, Salina served in several different capacities at MSU Denver for nearly ten years. Her portfolio mainly focused on embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into high-impact practices and career-readiness opportunities. She received her Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver. Salina is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students to succeed.
