Tyler Hildebrand, who graduated in 2011 after completing a dissertation under Michael Tooley ’s supervision on "Empiricism, Natural Regularity, and Necessity", has accepted a tenure-track Assistant Professorship at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Thomas Metcalf, who graduated in 2010 after completing a dissertation under Michael Huemer ’s supervision on "Rational Intuition", has been offered a tenure-track Assistant Professorship at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.

PhD candidate Joseph Stenberg has won a two-year Humboldt postdoctoral fellowship . He will be working with Dominik Perler at Humboldt University, revising and expanding his dissertation into a book manuscript.

Department lecturer Andrew Chapman has won a Marinus Smith Award from the CU Parents Association. The award identifies and recognizes CU-Boulder faculty, staff, coaches, and administrators who have made a significant impact on the lives of CU-Boulder undergraduate students.
