The return of the Spot Award

We are bringing back the Spot Award. If you don’t remember the award or weren’t here when we had it in the past, the idea is simple. The Spot Award is a way for supervisors and managers to immediately recognize staff with a small token of appreciation on the spot instead of waiting for the annual awards ceremony. The award could be a C4C meal card, a gift card or other award for up to $10. 

The award can be given to recognize a member of the staff for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating creativity and flexibility, improving processes, going above and beyond, working smarter, being a team player or any other great work.

If you would like to present a Spot Award, submit a Guardian Tracking entry for the person you would like to give it to, email Jacie Anderson with the name of the person getting the award and a brief description of why you have nominated them. Then, Jacie or Ian will print out a certificate and attach the gift card to it. They will get the certificate and gift card to you, so that you can present the Spot Award to the deserving person.
