Johanna (she/her) served as the PCDP director from 1999 to 2006 and has been an instructor for PCDP summer programs and the Bridge program since 2017.

Intro to Multicultural Leadership and Intro to Ethnic Studies.
What has been your favorite part of your work with PCDP?
Keeping in touch with my students, from 7th grade until they graduated high school then the college of their choice (mainly CU).
What is the significance of the precollege programs for CU Boulder?
Continuity, community and showcasing the excellence of historically excluded students.
Where would you like to see the precollege programs go?
Expand to include more partnerships with existing programs at CU.

Being director of this amazing program launched my career in higher education where I continue to serve historically excluded students
