Sadie Smith is a sound designer and visual artist studying critical media practices and journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder. Originally from Durango, Colorado Sadie’s creative interests lie mainly within in film, photography, and virtual reality.

Chasing Yellow is a short experimental film that tells the story of a girl who struggles with psychosis. This has caused her to have lived a very difficult life as she tries to seek relief through therapy, God, and substance abuse. After trials and tribulations of failing to find help she realizes that she can find relief by recognizing small moments of happiness and by chasing after these rather than to dwell on her struggles.
