General Area(s) of Research: Integration of III-V materials with Si and development of new PV materials
Description of potential projects for CINEMA applicants: Potential projects include working on our existing projects focusing on tandem solar cells as well as collaborative projects involving developing high efficiency c-Si solar cells, development of III-V multijunction solar cells, and exploring new polycrystalline thin film materials.
