General research area: Atomic and chemical characterization of functional materials for solar energy conversion and electrical energy storage; in situ and operando investigations of energy storage devices and materials synthesis
Description of potential projects for CINEMA applicants: Operando X-ray diffraction, spectroscopy and imaging of energy storage materials, including Li-S, Mg-S, LiNiMnCoOx, LiNiCoAlOx, LiMnOx, MgMnSiOx, Si, Ge and Sn anodes.
