Feb. 4 | Foam Rolling & Passion to Purpose Workshop

Join us for a free foam rolling and deep stretch session to relieve muscle tightness, soreness and inflammation.  Receive the benefits of increased flexibility, recovery and better performance during activity.

Join this light-hearted cycle class with a happy playlist. Laugh, sweat and be happy while you work out with friends. Registration is encouraged but not required.
