Welcome to the start of the 2023–24 catalog production cycle!
Before we open the catalog for edits, we need your help updating the workflows for your catalog pages. Please submit a workflow revision request by Monday, Oct. 24, if both of the following are true:
- You've had staffing or other changes that affect who should review your program or policy content in the catalog, and
- Your revisions aren't for CMCI, Education or CEAS. Those workflow revisions are being coordinated by Cindy White, Travis Anderson, and Mary Steiner (CEAS undergraduate pages) and Meredith Canode (CEAS graduate pages), respectively.
If needed, email catalog@colorado.edu to request a breakdown of current workflow configurations for your page(s).
Training Opportunities
As returning users know, this is our second catalog review cycle to feature program content that's fully integrated with our curriculum inventory management system (CIM). That project, commonly referred to as CIM for programs, rolled out with last year’s 2022–23 catalog review cycle.
We understand this functionality is still fairly new, so to make sure you're comfortable with the integration, we're offering another vendor-led virtual catalog & curriculum training session on Monday, Nov. 7 from 1–2 p.m. via Zoom.
We’ll also continue to offer our virtual catalog working sessions starting in November, which are a great opportunity for you to get one-on-one training, troubleshooting and/or advice from a member of the catalog team.
Production Schedule
We'll be kicking off the workflows for academic program pages in the 2023–24 catalog starting on Monday, Oct. 31, with a target department/unit review deadline of Friday, Dec. 16.
