1. Log in with your IdentiKey to the student biodemographic update form.
  2. In the "Student Information" section, select your primary affiliation (e.g., student, faculty or staff).
  3. In the "Information to Update" section, select which details you are updating. You may select multiple options.
  4. If documentation is required, you will be prompted to upload your supporting documentation.
    • ​Take a clear photograph or scan of your supporting documentation. (Accepted file types: png, jpg, pdf, tif.)
    • In the "Upload attachments" section, use the dropdown menu to indicate the type of documentation you are providing, then click the attach button to upload the file.
  5. When finished, click "Submit."
