Welcome to Spring in Colorado

As the winter weather fades away, we hope you are getting outdoors and enjoying all the Spring blooms around the campus. Additionally, we’d like to welcome you to our newly updated RES newsletter format. Our new design aligns with other newsletters around the different CU divisions and provides a one-stop shop for our website. We hope you enjoy and feel free or reach out with suggestions you would like to see in our upcoming newsletters.

Windows and Weather

As we all know, Colorado has unexpected weather changes. Now that we are approaching the days of ever-changing weather, we would like your help to prevent things like frozen pipes that can result in flooding and severe damage to our buildings. Please remember to close windows, especially when leaving for the day. Additionally, if you or other occupants notice entryways or stairways that seem abnormally cold or hot. Please call us at 303-492-6883 or email us at realestateservices@colorado.edu unless it is after hours then reach out to OCC at 303-492-5522.

Tenant Information

Do you have a new employee you would like to have added to a RES building or update contact preferences? Or, has someone from your team moved on and you need to update or remove their Buff Card Access? Please email us at RealEstateServices@colorado.edu so we can update our records!

Electronic Payments

Whenever possible, we encourage everyone to pay rent using Automatic or ACH payments, instead of by check. Please contact Brent Baker, at Brent.Baker@colorado.edu to see if we can utilize one of these methods for your regular monthly rent payments.
