Ebenezer Solomon

I believe the Studio Lab program would give me the tools to become a better learner. Being in a community where members contribute their respective works is a rare opportunity to find myself learning about topics in fields I'm unfamiliar with. I think it's important to have a large breadth of knowledge. More important than learning about a diverse range of topics, I would be surrounded by an extremely diverse group of students. Being African American, it's difficult to find a diverse community of students at CU Boulder, and this is the first diverse community of students doing research I am aware of. I hope to take the skills, knowledge, and perspectives I gain from this program to graduate school in the future.

I've done undergraduate research in the past and developed skills in topics outside of my curriculum, like learning some amount of Data science and programming.
