The IRB has reviewed its documents and identified forms that were not compatible with screen readers. These forms have been modified and an ADA compliant version has been added to the website and eRA. The following documents were added:
- HRP-212: FORM - Continuing/Final Review Progress Report
- HRP-213: FORM - Amendment
- HRP-214: FORM - New Information
- HRP-502: TEMPLATE - Consent Document
- HRP-503: TEMPLATE - Protocol
