CU Art Museum supports broader impacts by:
- Developing course-related exhibitions
- Curating interdisciplinary exhibitions that contribute new scholarship
- Providing direct encounters with artworks in our study center and galleries
- Undergraduate and graduate student training in art museum practices
- Engaging faculty and students through our Artist-in-Residence program
- Organizing travelling exhibitions for residents of Colorado
- Conserving and digitizing artworks CU Art Museum supports learning opportunities and encourages critical thinking around complex cultural issues.
Our collection may be viewed online, and we offer a range of activities including art exhibitions; in-gallery expert talks and meditation; community events and peer-to-peer tours.

Housed within CU Boulder's College of Arts & Sciences, it’s our mission to improve the accessibility of our collection and exhibitions for CU Boulder students, faculty, staff and the people of Colorado.
