Enable Silverlight in Safari

If you experience technical difficulties using Topaz at any time, please contact the eRA support team at eRAhelp@colorado.edu.
  1. Open Safari and go to the Topaz homepage (https://animalprogram.colorado.edu/) – it is important that this site is open in the browser even if you get the message to install Silverlight.
  2. Open Safari's Preferences.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Check the Allow Plug-ins box.
  5. Click Manage Website Settings…
  6. Select Silverlight from the left-hand menu.
    • Because you have Topaz open in the browser, you will see it listed under “Currently Open Websites.”
  7. Set the permission to “Allow.”
  8. After clicking done, the setting should take effect immediately. If it doesn't, "Quit" Safari and restart.
