The IRB Authorization Agreement Guidance document has been updated.

The IRB Office will be closed for business on Friday, August 23.

The HRP-213: FORM - Amendment has been updated. The 8/12/13 version includes additional guidance under Section B. Please ensure that you use this version moving forward.
