Rori Romero

Hello! I’m Rori Romero, a proud first-generation Chicana from Pueblo, Colorado. My journey in education has been shaped by resilience, passion, and a commitment to equity. I hold an associate’s degree in General Studies, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and a master’s degree in Public Administration with a certificate in Grant Writing and Program Management. Currently, I am pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership, focusing my research on how artificial intelligence can support equitable education. My passion is to blend hands-on experience with scholarly insight, breaking down barriers and creating strategies that empower future generations of learners. I believe that the dreams of others are as sacred as my own, and I am driven by the understanding that education can spark generational change. It’s an honor to work with the inspiring Guardian Scholars at CU Boulder, supporting their journeys and celebrating their achievements.
