Laura supports the SWx TREC director and team with branding and marketing, website development, events, meetings, scheduling, travel, and other efforts. She has worked at the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) since 2004 supporting the Cassini mission to Saturn and publishing the lab’s staff and public newsletters among other communication and outreach duties. Laura has an MBA in marketing.
After growing up in New England, primarily CT and ME, Laura moved to Boulder in 1981 and worked in the ski, high-tech, and natural products industries prior to joining CU. She has a passion for anything culinary and has been involved in several food-related non-profit organizations such as Taste of the Nation, Slow Food, and the Flatirons Food Film Festival.
