Inclusive Excellence

Everyone deserves to have their self-ascribed name and pronouns respected in the workplace. And it’s up to us to create a safe space for everyone who is comfortable displaying those pronouns. Included are 5 easy ways to help create that safe space.

Staff Council is committed to honoring and recognizing the land in which the University of Colorado at Boulder resides and the communities of Indigenous Peoples at the University. We start this journey by including a land acknowledgment on our website.
