Rebecca Lankford (she/her) manages a team of developers and operations analysts on the CRM team. Primarily focused on Student Success, Rebecca joined CU in 2015 and is passionate about helping students and staff.

After earning her B.S. in Arts Management from Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music in  Winchester, Virginia, Rebecca pursued a career in the cable television industry, working her way up to managing a technical support team utilizing Salesforce. This position led to her current role at CU where she has earned two certifications and achieved the Trailhead rank of Double-Star Ranger.

Outside of work, you will find Rebecca in the garden, working on home improvement projects or traveling the world for delicious finds with her partner.
