As the RPA Configuration Specialist for the HR Service Center Team in Central HR, Sarah develops system automation to create more accurate and efficient processes, allowing the HRSC team to focus on customer service and outreach. As the previous Service Center Data Specialist, Sarah has worked on process improvements through transaction forecasting and trend identification to foster data-driven decision making. Sarah is also a CU Alumni with a degree in Operations and Information Management through the Leeds School of Business. She is passionate about the environment and would love to see the CU community grow in green and sustainable initiatives while considering the impact that diverse voices have on these practices.
