As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and tHRive Co-Chair for the Central HR Department, I am passionate about modern human resources and improving the employee experience. With TA, I enjoy finding ways to increase process efficiency and developing campus relationships. As Co-Chair for tHRive, I support sharing HR knowledge and building a sense of belonging. I was first introduced to CU in high school, when I participated in the Pre-Collegiate Development Program. As a first generation college student, I have had the privilege of participating in wonderful programs at CU such as the Diverse Scholars Program, Multicultural Business Student Association, Boulder County Latina League, CU Boulder Latino Alumni Association, and the CU Boulder Korean American Student Association as the Co-Events Coordinator. With the help of these programs, I was able to earn my degree in Business Talent Management (Human Resources) & Leadership from the Leeds School of Business. As a Forever Buff, I have compassion for our employees and want to give them extra support/appreciation throughout their years of employment. I admire how CU creates an inclusive environment and I would like to contribute to CU’s reputation of diversity as part of CU Boulder Staff Council. CU inspires me and I want to share what makes CU special with others!
