First, through a First Gen Friday event where they supported over 50 students through one-on-one conversations, resume feedback and skill development. This spring, they also hosted a First-Gen Employer & Student Networking event, which brought first-gen employees from a variety of companies to campus to meet with fellow first-gen students.
