Facilities Management Human Resources is excited to announce the expansion of the award winning FacMan Mentor Program, which will now include all work areas under the vice chancellor for infrastructure and safety. The program will be titled the I&S Mentor Program.
The newly expanded version of the mentor program is designed and offered to assist employees in both professional and personal development areas as part of their career with the University of Colorado Boulder. The benefits and value to the participants in the program can be unlimited depending on their levels of active participation and commitment to the program. The program is voluntary, and the time commitment is usually only a few hours per month.
