Meditation can increase our happiness, enhance our family connections and improve our relationships. If we have a happy state of mind then we bring that happiness to our relationships, our family, our community and all of society. In this talk, renowned meditation master Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will draw on teachings from his new book, Our Pristine Mind: A Practical Guide to Unconditional Happiness, to introduce principles of meditation to help us gain personal fulfillment and emotional satisfaction, and will discuss how these tools can help strengthen our positive connections with others.
