The Pac-12 Fitness Challenge is coming
It's time to prove CU Boulder is the most active campus in the Pac-12. From Oct. 24 through 28, log your minutes of physical activity online and watch as we take the crown from Stanford for the first time in six years!
The Pac-12 Fitness Challenge is a conference-wide initiative promoting regular physical activity. The challenge is simple: the university with the most activity minutes logged throughout the week is crowned the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge Champion.
How to participate:
- Beginning Monday, Oct. 24, visit the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge website and track your daily physical activity.
- Record up to 120 minutes of physical activity per day through Friday, Oct. 28.
- Keep an eye on CU’s minutes compared to other schools in the Pac-12.
- Lead CU to victory by motivating your friends, family, co-workers and other supporters to join in. Every minute counts!

Plus, for the duration of the challenge, Rec Center access and fitness classes are free for students, faculty and staff with a Buff OneCard. Classes range from 45- to 60-minutes long, and all skill levels are welcome.
