Boulder Faculty Assembly (BFA), the faculty governance group of CU Boulder, is seeking applications for a coordinator, who will work directly with the BFA chair to implement and streamline various processes, including developing communications, maintaining records, coordinating meetings and monitoring/managing budgets.

The coordinator will develop and implement procedures and programs necessary for efficient operation and assist the BFA with its representational and governance responsibilities. The coordinator will support the BFA in its missions, providing continuity in a governance body comprised of elected members whose terms are not long enough to provide sufficient institutional memory for the organization.

The role requires someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to both work autonomously and also take direction. The coordinator must exercise professional judgement in dealing with sensitive issues that require discretion and confidentiality.

This is an open, competitive recruitment. CU Boulder employees are encouraged to apply. Please refer to the full posting for position responsibilities, requirements and the application deadline.
