New cafe at Leeds School open all summer
Looking for a great cup of coffee over the summer?
Method Coffee Roasters, the new cafe in the Leeds School of Business' Koelbel Building, will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout the summer. The local coffee roaster offers nitro cold brew, specialty lattes and an assortment of snacks.
As a reminder, the Celestial Seasonings counter in the Engineering Center Office Tower (ECOT) will be closed from June 5 through August.
Method Roasters, run by local entrepreneurs and Buff alumni Alex Rawal and Kade Gianinetti, are donating 5 percent of all sales from this location to fund a Leeds School of Business scholarship.
