• 5:45 p.m. | Check in at the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom foyer

• 6 p.m. | Dinner buffet opens in the Aspen Rooms (right outside the Glenn Miller Ballroom)

• 7 p.m. | Ceremony begins in the Glenn Miller Ballroom

• 8:30 p.m. | Dessert reception and awardee meet-and-greet in the Glenn Miller Ballroom

Walk-up guests are welcome. The cost to attend is $45/person at the door. Walk-up guests will be seated at one of our general seating tables. 

Location: In person at the Glenn Miller Ballroom in the University Memorial Center (UMC) at CU Boulder, or online via Zoom

Recommended dress: Cocktail attire

Parking: Please park at the Euclid Parking Garage, located between Broadway and 18th Street east of the University Memorial Center. This garage is a paystation lot — please have your license plate number available to pay at the stations located at each pedestrian exit. 

Food and drink: Drinks will be available for purchase (credit card only) at our cash bars in the ballroom. Please bring your ID for 21+. A buffet dinner will also be provided. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available for guests. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please contact sara.abdulla@colorado.edu, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Virtual awards ceremony: For those who have registered for our virtual awards ceremony, our live stream will begin promptly at 7 p.m. Attendees will be prompted to enter their name and email. Once you are registered you can follow the link on the confirmation page to launch the virtual ceremony.

Walk-up guests are welcome. The cost to attend is $40 at the door.

Recommended dress: Business casual

Food and drink: Refreshments and a light breakfast will be provided at Macky Auditorium. Lunch and alcoholic beverages will be provided at The Sink. 

Transportation: Golf carts will be available upon request for the tour. Please email taylor.alton@colorado.edu if you would like to arrange golf cart accessibility.

Parking: Complimentary parking will be available on University Avenue, with limited ADA parking for guests and vendors in Lot 380 with Parking Code. Please contact taylor.alton@colorado.edu if you require ADA parking.

The British Studies room is located on the fifth floor of Norlin Library in room M549. 

The Sink is located at 1165 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.

What to expect: To gain entry to this event, you must bring a driver’s license or alternate form of ID that includes your birth date (such as a passport). ALL IDs will be checked at the door. Walk-ups are welcome. The cost at the door is $45.

Parking: Please park at the Euclid Parking Garage (EPG), located between Broadway and 18th St., east of the University Memorial Center. EPG is a paystation lot — please have your license plate number available to pay at the stations located at each pedestrian exit.

Please drink responsibly and make plans to designate a driver or find alternate transportation to get home safely.

Location: The parade begins at 10th St. and Pearl St. and follows with a rally on the Boulder Courthouse lawn.

Parking: There are various parking options in downtown Boulder. Note that Pearl Street will be busy, so please arrive early and plan accordingly.

Food and Drink: Drinks will be available for purchase.Please bring your ID for 21+.

Parking: Visitor parking is limited on campus. For details related to parking, please see the campus visitor parking page for more information. Parking will not be available at the Koenig Alumni Center on Friday or Saturday.
