Colorado men’s hoops hosts two non-conference matchups. The CU Athletics holiday toy drive continues this week.

Men’s basketball

Colorado men’s basketball hosts two non-conference matchups this week at the CU Events Center.

First, the Buffs take on Eastern Washington University at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8. Then they host Milwaukee University on Dec. 9 in a Friday night clash with tipoff set for 7:30 p.m.

Athletics toy drive

Colorado Athletics continues the holiday toy drive this week to benefit A Precious Child. Fans and supporters can drop off their toy donations at the football equipment truck located outside the CU Events Center. A Precious Child provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential.

Collection times

  • Wednesday, Dec. 8: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Thursday, Dec. 9: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 10: 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

 Women’s basketball: Buffs extend streak to 8

The Colorado Buffaloes continued to roll on Friday night, posting a 78-53 win over Dixie State at the CU Events Center. Junior Quay Miller had her best night in a Buff uniform, going for 20 points and six rebounds, helping the Buffs remain unbeaten at 8-0.
