Get started

Getting started on a Lime Scooter is simple:

  • Download the app, available for Android and iPhone.
  • Look for a scooter on the map. Once you track one down, scan the QR code to unlock it.

Tips to stay safe

Below are some tips to best keep yourself and others around you safe:

  • Always wear a helmet when you ride. Helmets reduce the risk of serious head injury.
  • Follow all traffic laws.
  • Stop at stop signs and traffic lights.
  • Use intersections or crosswalks to cross the street.
  • Always yield to pedestrians.
  • Take caution traveling on sidewalks and share the space.
