The Colorado Net Zero Campus Forum Exchange is coming to CU Boulder for a day of focused exploration of sustainability efforts in laboratories.

This group convenes representatives from college and university campuses across Colorado, along with other national leaders, to collaborate toward achieving net zero goals. The event will draw attendees from Colorado universities and representatives from federal national labs from across the country who will be onsite at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) that week. 

What to expect

  • Gain insights into campus efforts actively shaping the future of sustainable practices in laboratories and their importance in achieving campus goals.
  • Gain valuable knowledge from a presentation by the Colorado Energy Office on Building Benchmarking requirements.
  • Be inspired by the University of Denver's Regenerative Futures program.

The morning and afternoon talks are open to the greater CU Boulder campus community. 

Morning sessions 9–10 a.m.

Come early for coffee, tea and a light breakfast. Talks will be held in the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community (SEEC) Auditorium (C120) on East Campus.

Afternoon sessions 1:20–3:45 p.m.

Talks will be held in the Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building (JSCBB), Room A115, on East Campus.
