As we inch closer to Election Day, I’d like to remind our campus community about the importance of engaging in one of our most fundamental rights as Americans: the right to vote. It’s essential for the functioning and future of our democracy.

While the current order for 18-to-22-year-olds remains at the baseline level, the number of cases in the general population is increasing and could bring additional restrictions. Read a message from Dan Jones, associate vice chancellor of integrity, safety and compliance.

CU Boulder will continue with a mix of in-person, remote and hybrid courses in the spring. Instead of the typical five-day spring break, the Jan. 14 start date is three days later than previously scheduled, plus there will be two days off for students.

As we mark the midpoint in the fall semester, I’m writing to provide an update on the pass/fail option.

This year has been a very unusual and trying time. But, as a Buff family, we have remained resilient. And as we continue in this journey together, I have some advice to help you make it through times of change and uncertainty.

President Kennedy held a discussion with three of his peers from across the country and across the political spectrum to discuss the importance of the Constitution to them personally, to their universities and to the nation.

As we move further into the fall semester, I want to thank you. I am truly appreciative of those who have been showing up for their fellow Buffs by following public health orders with our return to campus.
