As winter approaches, CU Buffs are turning down the thermostats in an effort to curb their carbon footprint. This is an easy way to decrease energy consumption, but there are a lot of other approaches that both renters and homeowners can take to save energy and money in the colder months.

The university is committed to responding to cases of protected class harassment, and ensuring that anyone impacted is connected with campus support services. Recently, the CU Boulder Police Department installed a MedDrop kiosk in the lobby of the Police Department and Parking and Transportation building at 1050 Regent Dr. This kiosk will allow you to properly dispose of your expired or unwanted medications. This can be done at any time and without an appointment.

Earlier today, Boulder County District Attorney Stan Garnett announced that CU and Boulder police officers were justified to use lethal force against an armed suspect in the Folsom Field Champions Center on Oct. 5, 2016.
